This morning I feel great! Didn't eat yesterday evening, I try and avoid food after 6pm and I haven't eaten this morning either. I have a busy day to keep me distracted from food, all I have in my handbag is gum and a bottle of water! (No money, else I am tempted to buy food). Hope you guys are doing okay, I want to get to my next goal weight by next Tuesday, I know it will be hard but I'm fasting so the weight should fall off easier.
REMEMBER: NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS
